Andrew joined Discovery Care Group in 2021 on the back of a decade of experience gained in the technology, recruitment, legal, hospitality and care sectors. An MBA-qualified business manager, Andrew spearheads the strategic and organic growth of Discovery Care Group.
Mandy joined Discovery care group in 2021 as manager of Roxburgh house. She has worked in the care sector for over 32 years working from HCA to manager of both residential homes and a nursing home and then to area manager for a small group of care homes including specialising in dementia. During this time she completed numerous training certificates including her NVQ level 4 management qualification in health and social care.

Dr Sunday founded the business with his late wife Emma Isiakpere in 2002 , at the time he had more than 20 years of experience in the M&A petrochemicals sector with an MBA, PHD and accounting certifications while Emma was a head Matron Nurse with 20 years experience in general and mental health hospitals in London and Manchester. Dr Sunday now has over 20 years experience in the health and social care sector. Sunday is responsible for leading the finance team and the day to day financial administrative and operational functions of the business, including budgeting and setting objectives for performance and growth.
Tracey has worked at Tulipa House since 2008, during her time she has worked as a HCA completed numerous courses including her level 5 in management. She strongly believes that all our residents at Tulipa House come first, and are encouraged to live their lives to the fullest. Tracey and her team recognise everyone is an individual and with that in mind we ensure that everyone is treated as so. When new residents, family and friends enter Tulipa House we want them to feel that they are entering a home away from home.
